摘要
目前认为与痤疮主要相关的细菌——痤疮丙酸杆菌、表皮葡萄球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌,都存在有群体感应系统,其可根据不同的菌群密度调控多种毒力因子的表达以及生物膜的形成,这与痤疮多个致病阶段及致病菌耐药性的产生都密切相关。而菌群间群体感应的相互作用,也使得多物种群落的生物膜生成增加以及细菌低细胞密度状态下的高密度表型的产生。通过多种途径对群体感应进行淬灭以抑制致病菌,将成为一种具有潜力的痤疮治疗新策略。基于对痤疮致病的新认识,本文将从痤疮相关皮肤菌群的群体感应角度,对相关研究进展进行综述。
At present,it is believed that the bacteria that are mainly associated with acne,including Cutibacterium acnes,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Staphylococcus aureus,have quorum sensing systems,which can regulate the expression of multiple virulence factors and the formation of biofilms according to different flora densities.This is closely related to the multiple pathogenic stages of acne and the generation of drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria.However,the interaction of quorum sensing between bacterial communities also increases the biofilm production of multi-species communities and the production of high-density phenotypes in the low cell density state of bacteria.It will be a potential new strategy for acne treatment to quench quorum sensing in a variety of ways to inhibit the pathogenic bacteria.Based on the new understanding of the pathogenesis of acne,this paper reviews the research progress concerning quorum sensing related to acne skin flora.
