银屑病皮炎:一种新的疾病?

Psoriasis Dermatitis:A New Disease?

特应性皮炎(atopic dermatitis,AD)和银屑病(psoriasis,PS)都是皮肤科常见的慢性复发性炎症性皮肤病,大部分病例临床表现是明显可区分的,但部分患者可能同时具有特应性皮炎和银屑病的临床特征,有学者将其称为银屑病皮炎(psoriasis dermatitis,PD)。尽管文献中没有对其存在及命名提出质疑,但目前关于银屑病皮炎的研究较少。本文对特应性皮炎和银屑病的异同点进行阐述,并总结银屑病皮炎的发现历程,提出目前对于银屑病皮炎研究亟待解决的问题。

Atopic dermatitis(AD)and psoriasis(PS)are common chronic recurrent inflammatory skin diseases,and the clinical manifestations of most cases are clearly distinguishable.However,some patients may show the clinical features of both AD and PS,which is called psoriasis dermatitis(PD)by several researchers.Although its existence and naming are not questioned in the literature,there are few studies on PD to date.In this paper,the similarities and differences between AD and PS are summarized,the discovery process of PD is reviewed,and the problems that need to be solved urgently in PD research are put forward.
