General Situation of External Treatments of TCM for Complications Related to Breast Cancer

中医外治法治疗乳腺癌相关并发症主要包括:上肢淋巴水肿、皮瓣坏死、化疗后骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应、癌性疲乏等,其治疗方法主要有中药贴敷、针灸、中药熏洗、耳穴压豆等,单独或联合运用,可改善上肢淋巴水肿、促进皮瓣愈合、减轻消化道反应、提高机体免疫力、缓解疼痛等。目前,中医外治法尚无统一的治疗规范,相关研究文章样本量较少,随访欠缺,且多局限于症状改善等方面。今后,应在分子机制方面进行深入探讨,为临床应用提供理论依据。

The breast cancer related complications treated with external treatments of TCM mainly include upper extremity lymphedema,skin flap necrosis,bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy,gastrointestinal reaction,cancer fatigue,etc.The treatment methods mainly include TCM application,acupuncture and moxibustion,fumigation with TCM,auricular point pressing with beans,etc.Either alone or in combination,they can improve upper limb lymphedema,promote flap healing,reduce gastrointestinal reaction,improve body immunity,relieve pain and so on.At present,there is no unified treatment standard for external treatments of TCM.Some articles in this paper have a small sample size,lack of follow-up,and are mostly limited to the improvement of the related complications,etc.In the future,it is necessary to deeply explore the molecular mechanism to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.
