我国省级公共图书馆“十四五”战略规划探赜

Study on the Strategic Planning of Provincial Public Libraries in the 14th Five-Year Plan Period

为对我国省级公共图书馆“十四五”战略规划进行前瞻性思考,通过文献调研法、网络调查法,以省级公共图书馆“十三五”战略规划为研究样本,对省级公共图书馆战略规划的制定和实践进行分析,发现省级公共图书馆在“十四五”战略规划的编制和实施中,应该注意提升省级公共图书馆战略规划意识、制定省级公共图书馆战略规划专项计划、推进省级公共图书馆服务方式创新和强化基层公共文化服务体系建设,如此才能促进我国公共图书馆事业在“十四五”时期的高质量发展。

To explore the strategic planning of provincial public libraries in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period,by studying the provincial public libraries strategic planning in the 13th Five-Year Plan period of China as the sample,the content and practice of strategic planning are analyzed through literature survey and network survey.It is found that compiling and implementing strategic planning of provincial public libraries in the 14th Five-Year Plan period should focus on improving the awareness of strategic planning,so as to promote high-quality development of public libraries during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.
