摘要
专业发展是教师职业生涯中必须面对的重要问题,专业发展水平决定了高等学校教师队伍的质量和教育教学质量。对此,可以通过渗适以人为本的管理理念,刚柔相济的管理措施,通过学术组织建设和教师专业学习与培训来促进教师的专业发展。
Professional development is an important issue that teachers must face in their career. The level of professional development determines the quality of teachers and teaching quality in colleges and universities. In this regard, teachers’ professional development can be promoted by adopting people-oriented management concept, combining rigid and soft management measures, academic organization construction and teacher professional learning and training.
