摘要
为了解空调转子压缩机摩擦噪声的产生机理,开展油润滑条件下压缩机各个摩擦副摩擦系数的试验研究。采用销-盘试验机测量不同转速下各个摩擦副的摩擦系数。建立全尺寸转子压缩机摩擦噪声的有限元模型,运用复特征值分析方法研究压缩机摩擦噪声的产生机理。结果表明:在一定相对转速范围内,摩擦系数随相对滑动速度增大而减小,即存在摩擦系数相对于滑动速度曲线显现负斜率特性,这个负斜率特性可能是引起压缩机摩擦噪声一个原因。
In order to understand the generation mechanism of the friction-induced noise of rotary compressors, the friction characteristics of friction pairs of rotary compressors were studied experimentally under oil lubrication condition.The friction coefficient of each friction pair of a rotary compressor for different relative speeds was measured under the condition of oil lubrication using a pin-on-disc tester. A full-size finite element model of the friction-induced noise of the rotary compressor was established. The complex eigenvalue extraction method was used to study the generation mechanism of the squeal of the rotary compressor. The results show that the friction coefficient decreases with the increase of the relative sliding speed in a certain range. Namely, there exists a negative slope between the friction coefficient and the relative sliding speed. This negative friction-velocity slope is probably responsible for the formation of the friction-induced noise of rotary compressors.
