摘要
患者男,56岁,发现阴囊疣状增生物2年余。皮肤科情况:阴囊见长约1.5 cm、宽约0.6 cm椭圆形淡红色菜花样增生物,质稍硬,边界清楚。皮损组织病理示:表皮内可见单个或成巢的Paget细胞,细胞大,胞浆丰富淡染。免疫组织化学:EMA(+),CK5/6(-),CK7(+),CEA(+),GCDFP-15(-),p40(-),p63(-),Ki-67(约70%+)。诊断:乳房外Paget病。
A 56-year-old male presented with verrucous hyperplasia on his scrotum for 2 years.Dermatological examination revealed an about 1.5 cm long and 0.6 cm wide cauliflower-like oval mass on the scrotum,light red color,slightly stiffer with a clear boundary.Histopathological examination showed single or nest-like epidermal Paget cells,large and malignant glandular with abundant and clear cytoplasm.Immunohistochemical study showed EMA,CK7,CEA,Ki-67(about 70%+)positive stain,CK5/6,GCDFP-15,p40,and p63 negative stain.A diagnosis of extramammary Paget's disease was made.
