反向Koebner现象与Renbok现象

Reverse Koebner Phenomenon and Renbok Phenomenon

Koebner现象是指患有某种皮肤疾病的患者,外观正常的皮肤在发生局部损伤后出现与原疾病性质相同的皮损的现象。反向Koebner现象是指已经存在的皮肤病变在机体或局部发生损伤后消退的现象。Renbok现象指在同一部位,一种新皮肤病变的出现可阻止另一种已经存在的皮肤病的发生发展,甚至让原有疾病消退的现象。20世纪末先后被提出的反向Koebner现象和Renbok现象使众多学者产生了分歧,有人将其视为同种现象,有人则不然。本文回顾文献,就这两种现象各自的相关病例及可能的发生机制等方面进行归纳总结。

The Koebner phenomenon is defined as the appearance of new lesions related to to a previously present skin disorder at the sites of trauma or other insult.The reverse Koebner phenomenon is the nonappearance or disappearance of the lesions at the site of injury.The Renbok phenomenon can be taken as the withdrawal of an original existing dermatosis when a different one appears at the same location.The reverse Koebner phenomenon and Renbok phenomenon,which were proposed successively in the late 20 th century,caused a divergence between dermatologists.In this paper,we review the literature and summarize the related case reports and possible mechanisms of this two phenomena.
