高校辅导员是学生的教育者、管理者、服务者,同时也是高校思政教师的重要组成部分。通过借助SWOT分析法对高校辅导员队伍建设所面临的优势、劣势、机会和威胁进行深层次的分析,从而基于SWOT矩阵对高校辅导员队伍的建设提出合理的建议和对策。

College counselors are the educators,administrators and service providers of student work,as well as an important part of ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities.With the help of SWOT analysis method,this paper deeply analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by the construction of college counselor team,and then puts forward reasonable suggestions and countermeasures based on SWOT matrix.
