国外图书馆FOLIO实施案例对制定FOLIO本土化推广策略的启示

The Enlightenment of FOLIO Implementation in Foreign Libraries on the Localization and Promotion Strategies of FOLIO

下一代图书馆服务平台是图书馆智慧化建设发展的核心应用之一。国内部分图书馆采用Alma等商业化平台,但国内图书馆对开源平台FOLIO的应用还处于初始阶段。本文采用网络调研和内容分析的方法,选取国外已部署FOLIO项目的5所代表性大学图书馆为案例,在分析部署策略、迁移流程、协同参与、系统集成的基础上,总结出FOLIO实施的特征和实践经验。结合国内FOLIO推广应用情况和云瀚社区建设目标,提出国内FOLIO平台建设的推进思路及发展规划。

The construction of the next-generation library service platform(LSP)is one of the core applications of the development of library automation.Some domestic libraries have adopted commercial LSPs such as Alma,but the application of the open-source platform FOLIO by domestic libraries is still in the initial stage.This paper adopts network research and content analysis and selected five representative university libraries that have deployed FOLIO projects abroad for case study.Based on the analysis of deployment strategies,migration processes,collaborative participation,and system integration,this study summarizes the implementation of FOLIO,its features and practical experience.In addition,combined with the domestic FOLIO promotion and application situation and Yunhan community development goals,this research puts forward the promotion ideas and development plans for the domestic FOLIO platform development.
