摘要 为了有效优化重卡冷却模型,文章以国内某重卡自卸车发动机冷却模块为研究对象,利用计算流体力学分析软件CFD STAR CCM+,采用K-Omega湍流模型和MRF多重参考系模型对整机冷却模块、冷却风扇和发动机舱的流场进行了模拟分析,分别得到了功率点和扭矩点两种工况下通过冷却模块中散热器、中冷器、冷凝器表面的平均风速。CFD仿真结果表明,在Kuli软件里建立一维仿真模型,得到功率点和扭矩点工况下的散热器液气温差值和中冷温升值,然后将散热器液气温差值和中冷温升值与目标值相比较,从而得出选择的冷却模块能否满足发动机散热需求的结论。与以往依靠经验选型相比较,通过引用CFD仿真软件,可以大大提高冷却模块的选型效率和准确度,为冷却系统的正向开发打下了坚实的基础。 In order to effectively optimize the heavy truck engine cooling module, this paper takes the engine cooling module of a domestic heavy truck dump in China as the research object, uses the computational fluid dynamics analysis software CFD STAR CCM+, uses the K-Omega turbulence model and the MRF multiple reference frame model to analyze the flow field of the cooling module,cooling fan and engine compartment of the whole machine. The simulation analysis was carried out,and the average wind speed passing through the surface of the radiator, intercooler and condenser in the cooling module was obtained under the two working conditions of power point and torque point,respectively. The CFD simulation results show that a one-dimensional simulation model is established in Kuli software to obtain the radiator liquid temperature difference and the intercooling temperature rise under the power point and torque point conditions, and then the radiator liquid temperature difference and the intercooling temperature rise are compared with the target. Values are compared to draw conclusions about whether the selected cooling module can meet the cooling requirements of the engine. The application of CFD software can highly improve the efficiency and accuracy of cooling module choice comparing with the traditional choice method, and set solid foundation the cooling system forward design.
