为提高危化品货物运输安全性,提升运输效率,降低碳排放,提出在靠近化工产业园区的高速公路附近设置危化品货运停车场。通过分析断面交通量,上下游服务区驶入车辆情况,获得危化品运输车辆占比信息,得知此处危化品货运车辆交通量占比达14.39%,上游平顶山服务区危化品车辆驶入率为4.28%,下游方城服务区危化品车辆驶入率为2.4%,针对性地建设危化品货运停车场,提高危化品车辆停靠、运输等整体规范性。提出在客户端、化工产业园与危化品货运停车场三者之间开展甩挂运输与绿色配送,可有效提高运输效率,降低污染。

It is proposed to carry out drop and pull transportation and green distribution among the client, chemical industrial park and hazardous chemicals freight parking lot, which can effectively improve transportation efficiency and reduce pollution.
