基于“师徒制”的中医药教学中隐性知识的转移研究

摘要 中医药是中华民族传统文化的瑰宝和精髓,传承和发展中医知识对提高民族自信心有重要意义。但是,在当前中医药教学中存在着知识传播者对知识的传播意愿低、知识接收者对知识的领悟能力弱、师徒制传承外部环境不佳、中医思想无限性和工具有限性的矛盾等问题,对我国中医隐性知识的传承带来了不可避免的挑战。基于此,本研究从中医“师徒制”隐性知识转移的视角提出了提升知识传播者和接收者的动力和能力、优化中医药教学知识转移外部环境、创新中医隐性知识转移方法等三点意见,以期推动中医传承在回归“师徒制”师承模式的道路上,促进中医药事业发展。 Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) is the treasure and essence of traditional Chinese culture.Inheritance and development of TCM knowledge is of great significance to improve national self-confidence.However,there are some problems existed in the current teaching of traditional Chinese medicine,such as the low willingness of knowledge communicators to disseminate knowledge,the weak ability of knowledge receivers to understand knowledge,the poor external environment for the inheritance of apprenticeship,the contradiction between the infiniteness of traditional Chinese medicine thought and the limitation of tools,which have brought inevitable challenges to the inheritance of tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine in China.Based on this,this study puts forward three suggestions from the perspective of tacit knowledge transfer of traditional Chinese medicine teaching,such as improving the motivation and ability of knowledge disseminators and receivers,optimizing the external environment of knowledge transfer of traditional Chinese medicine teaching,and innovating the methods of tacit knowledge transfer of traditional Chinese medicine,so as to promote the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine on the road of returning to the mentoring mode of ″apprenticeship″ and revive the cause of traditional Chinese medicine in China.
