品管圈在提高我院PIVAS曲妥珠单抗摆药速度中的应用实践

Application of QCC in Improving Drug Dispensing Speed of Trastuzumab in PIVAS of Our Hospital

目的 探讨品管圈质量管理工具在提高曲妥珠单抗摆药速度中的作用研究。方法 按照品管圈活动的主题选定、活动计划拟定、现状把握、目标设定、解析、对策拟定、对策实施与检讨、效果确认、标准化、检讨与改进十大步骤进行实施,以曲妥珠单抗的平均摆药速度为活动成效衡量指标。结果 通过本次品管圈活动,发现曲妥珠单抗摆药耗时长的真因是无曲妥珠单抗用药计算和管理软件、人员培训不到位、冰箱存储空间小,余药查找不便等。通过实施有效对策,曲妥珠单抗的平均摆药速度由活动前的9.0 min/袋提高至3.2 min/袋,目标达成率118.4%,进步率64.4%。结论 通过开展品管圈活动,可助力提高我院PIVAS曲妥珠单抗摆药速度,并提升了圈员解决问题的能力及和谐度,有助于进一步完善和优化PIVAS工作流程。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of quality management tools of quality control circle(QCC) on drug dispensing speed of trastuzumab.METHODS QCC activity was conducted according to ten steps.The effect of QCC activity was evaluated by drug dispensing speed of trastuzumab.RESULTS According to QCC activity,we found that main reasons for slowing drug dispensing of trastuzumab included that no program to calculate drug volume of trastuzumab,lack of staff training,and small capacity of fridge to store trastuzumab residual,etc.After the implementation of countermeasures,drug dispensing speed of trastuzumab increased from 9.0 min per bag to 3.2 min per bag,the target yield rate was 118.4%,while the progress rate was 64.4%.CONCLUSION QCC activity not only improved thedrug dispensing speed of trastuzumab,but also increased the ability to solve problems and enhanced harmonious degree of the QCC members.Furthermore,the working procedures in PIVAS of our hospital were improved.
