摘要
哈巴河县湿地资源的保护恢复对维护额尔齐斯河流域的生态平衡和新疆北部绿洲的生态安全具有重要作用。根据哈巴河县湿地资源和水资源现状,分析了哈巴河湿地保护面临的主要问题。通过实施栖息地保护工程、湿地生态环境及水质水量保护工程、重点湿地自然保护区和国家湿地公园湿地保护恢复工程,增强湿地水土保持和水源涵养能力,提高湿地生物多样性,改善湿地水质及生态状况,保障哈巴河湿地资源、水环境和水生态安全,促进哈巴河湿地的保护和恢复。
The protection and restoration of wetland resources in Habahe county plays a great role in maintaining the ecological balance of the entire Erqisi River basin and protecting the ecological security of the oases in Northern Xinjiang.According to the current situation of wetland and water resources in Habahe county,this study analyzes the main problems existing in Habahe wetland protection.Through the implementation of ecological restoration projects such as habitat protection,wetland ecological environment and water system protection,protection and restoration of key wetland nature reserves and national wetland parks,to enhance the capacity of soil erosion control and water conservation,increase wetland biodiversity,improve water quality and ecological status,therefore safeguarding wetland resources,water environment and water ecological security,and promoting wetland protection and restoration of Habahe.
