摘要
为了更好地解决高速转轮速度和稳定性测量问题,设计并实现了一种新型的测量系统。该系统由信号采集、PLC控制和人机界面控制等电路构成。数据采集采用两种类别的霍尔传感器对称安装;人机交互采用了触摸屏;控制电路采用TM200C16T系列PLC实现。实验结果表明,该装置可以精确测量转轮在转速为100 rad/s以上的转轮的转速;若轮轴半径为0.5 m,则可以为时速6000 km/h的转轮提供精确测量。
In order to measure the speed and stability of high-speed runner,a novel system of high-speed wheel and stability’s measurement is introduced.The system consists of signal acquisition,PLC techniqueand control interface.The data acquisition is installed symmetrically by two kinds of Hall sensor.The human-computer interaction adopts touch screen,and the control circuit is realized by TM200C16T.The results show that the design can accurately measure the rotating speed of the runner above 100 rad/s.If the radius of the wheel shaft is 0.5 m,it can provide accurate measurement for the running wheel of 6000 km/h.
