摘要
为抑制玻璃浆料的过固化现象,提高玻璃的光固化打印精度,分析了染色剂对玻璃浆料透射深度的影响;通过打印实验,测试了不同含量染色剂对材料透射深度及临界固化时间的关系,对比了不添加染色剂玻璃浆料及添加染色剂玻璃浆料时的打印尺寸精度;运用热重分析仪测定了打印件热反应过程,通过傅里叶红外吸收光谱、X射线衍射研究了染色剂对最终制件的影响。结果表明:染色剂降低了材料的透射深度,提高了材料的临界固化能量,抑制了过固化现象。添加染色剂的玻璃浆料的打印尺寸精度相较于不添加染色剂的玻璃浆料提高了10%左右,且可以打印出更小尺寸的结构。染色剂可以在热处理过程中完全去除,不影响最终制件的结构、晶态及透明性。
In order to suppress the overcuring phenomenon and improve the accuracy of photocuring printing,the influence of the dye on the transmission depth of the glass pulp is analyzed.The depth of the transfer of the material and the critical curing time were tested by the printing experiment,the printing size accuracy of the glass paste with the dye was tested,and the thermal reaction process of the printed piece was determined.The effect of the dye was investigated with a Fourier infrared absorption spectrometer and an X-ray diffractor.It is shown that the dye reduces the transmission depth of the material,improves the critical curing energy,and suppresses the overcuring phenomenon.A glass paste with a dye can increase the print size accuracy by about 10%compared to the dye-free paste,and can print out smaller structures.The dye can be completely removed during heat treatment without affecting the structure,crystal state,and transparency of the final product.
