卡尔·斯坦尼兹可变建筑设计模型及优化

摘要 为提高生态规划体系下建筑设计效率,缩短设计周期,文中采用卡尔·斯坦尼兹多解设计框架,对建筑设计过程中的环节、要素以及设计数据进行分析。通过建筑设计系统层次划分,对设计过程进行层次化建模,提出了基于卡尔·斯坦尼兹多解框架理论的可变建筑设计模型。结果表明:该模型实现了设计师想法和客户意图的有效协调,减少了设计师和客户的交流障碍,提高了建筑设计效率,使设计周期缩短,设计差错减少,且设计时效增强;该模型常用于测试设计结果对不确定性参数的敏感性,为生态规划体系下建筑设计方法的演进提供了分析依据。 In order to improve the efficiency of architectural design under the ecological planning system and shorten the design cycle,this paper uses Carl Steinitz multi solution design framework to analyze the links,elements and design data in the architectural design process,carries out hierarchical modeling of the design process through the hierarchical division of architectural design system,and puts forward a variable architectural design model based on Carl Steinitz multi solution framework theory.The results show that the model realizes the effective coordination between the designer’s idea and the customer’s intention,reduces the communication obstacles between the designer and the customer,effectively improves the architectural design efficiency,shortens the design cycle,reduces the design errors,and enhances the design timeliness;The model is often used to test the sensitivity of design results to uncertain parameters,and provides an analytical model for the evolution of architectural design methods under the ecological planning system.
