不同地区花岗岩石粉特性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前机制砂已经占到了建设用砂的70%以上,在机制砂生产过程中产生大量的石粉。为推进石粉应用,采用三个地区六种花岗岩石粉试验研究了技术指标情况,结果显示:四川地区的花岗岩石粉MB值较小,两种细度的石粉MB值均为0.25,甘肃地区的花岗岩石粉MB值最大,细度为26.8%的粗石粉MB值为3.25,细度为7.6%的细石粉MB值为3.00;不同地区的花岗岩石粉的流动度比均小于100%,说明花岗岩石粉的掺入对于浆体流动性具有一定的负面影响,当花岗岩石粉作为掺合料掺入到混凝土中时会降低混凝土工作性能;不同地区的花岗岩石粉活性指数大体在60%上下,说明花岗岩石粉活性较低,基本上属于惰性的辅助胶凝材料。 At present,manufactured sand has accounted for more than 70%of sand for construction,and a large amount of stone powder is produced during its production.In order to promote the application of stone powder,we use six kinds of granite stone powder in three areas to study the technical indexes in this paper,and get the following results.The granite stone powder in Sichuan has small MB value,which is both 0.25 for granite stone powder of two kinds of fineness.The MB value of granite powder in Gansu is the largest,that of coarse stone powder with fineness of 26.8%is 3.25,and that of fine stone powder with fineness of 7.6%is 3.00.The fluidity ratio of granite stone powder in different areas is less than 100%,indicating that the addition of granite stone powder has a certain negative impact on the fluidity of grouting material.When granite stone powder is added into concrete as admixture,the working property of concrete will be reduced.The activity index of granite powder in different regions is about 60%,indicating that the activity of granite powder is low and basically belongs to inert auxiliary gel material.
