摘要
针对目前响岩机制砂混凝土研究较少、响岩石粉含量对混凝土性能影响规律不明确的现状,该文研究了不同石粉含量(3%、6%、9%、12%)响岩机制砂对C30、C50混凝土拌合物性能、力学性能及耐久性能的影响。结果表明:随着机制砂石粉含量的增加,在保持混凝土拌合物性能相近时,混凝土减水剂用量有所增加;对于C30混凝土,当机制砂石粉为12%时,力学性能和耐久性能最优;对于C50混凝土,当机制砂石粉含量为9%时,力学性能和耐久性能最优。
In view of the current situation that there is little research on phonolite concrete prepared by machine-made sand and the influence law of phonolite powder content on concrete performance is not clear,this paper studied the influence of phonolite machine-made sand with different stone powder content(3%,6%,9%or 12%)on the property,mechanical properties and durability of C30 and C50 concrete mixtures.The results show that with the increase of machine-made sand powder,the amount of water reducing agent for concrete increases while maintaining the similar property of concrete mixture.For C30 concrete,when the machine-made sand powder accounts for 12%,the mechanical properties and durability are the best.For C50 concrete,when the content of machine-made sand powder is 9%,the mechanical properties and durability are the best.
