摘要
通过对华北地区的两座玻璃熔窑熔化部大碹保温层表面进行硬化处理,探究了不同硬化方法对大碹保温层表面强度及表面温度的影响。对比发现,使用保温涂料相较于镀锌板进行硬化处理,在增加表面强度的同时,能降低表面温度,且有利于积料清扫等碹上作业。另外,从比热容的角度,对两种硬化方法带来的表面温度差异进行了理论分析。
The surface of the crown insulation layer of two glass furnace in North China was strengthened.The effects of different strengthening treatment methods on the strength and surface temperature of the crown insulation layer were explored.Compared with galvanized sheet,the use of thermal insulation coating for strengthening treatment can increase the strength while reducing the surface temperature,and is convenient for cleaning accumulated materials.From the perspective of specific heat capacity,the theoretical analysis of the surface temperature difference brought by the two strengthening treatment is carried out.
