摘要
依托国道303线锡林浩特至阿巴嘎旗一级公路养护工程,开展了水稳基层现场冷再生技术的工程应用研究,分别对再生混合料的材料组成设计、冷再生的机械配置、施工工艺等技术进行了探讨。工程应用表明,水泥稳定基层现场冷再生技术满足公路工程快速养护需要,具有良好的经济、社会和环境效益。
Relying on the maintenance project of the first-class highway from Xilinhot to Abaga Banner on National Highway 303,the engineering application research of the on-site cold regeneration technology of water-stabilized base layer was carried out,and the technologies of material composition design of regenerated mixture,mechanical configuration of cold regeneration and construction process were discussed respectively.Engineering application shows that the in-place cement stabilized cold regeneration base course meets the needs of rapid maintenance of highway projects,with good economic,social and environmental benefits.
