接骨七厘丸联合针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果

Clinical Efficacy of Jiegu Qili Pills Combined with Acupuncture on Periarthritis of Shoulder Joint

目的了解接骨七厘丸联合针灸治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法收集2019年1月至2020年6月郑州卷烟厂康复医院收治的92例肩关节周围炎患者。依据抽签法将患者分为对照组(46例)与观察组(46例)。仅给予对照组患者针灸疗法,给予观察组患者接骨七厘丸联合针灸疗法,共治疗4周。治疗前及末次治疗后1周分别评估肩关节疼痛程度、肩关节功能、疗效、生活质量。比较两组治疗期间治疗相关不良事件发生情况。结果治疗后,两组疼痛评分均低于治疗前,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肩关节功能评分和生活质量评分均高于治疗前,观察组肩关节功能评分和生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血肿、腹泻、感染发生率以及不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论接骨七厘丸联合针灸疗法可有效减轻肩关节周围炎患者的疼痛程度,改善肩关节功能,提高疗效并更好地改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To understand the clinical efect of Jiegu Qili pills combined with acupuncture on periarthritis of shoulder joint.Methods From January 2019 to June 2020,92 patients with periarthritis of shoulder joint were collected in Zhengzhou Cigarette Factory Rehabilitation Hospital.The patients were divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases)by drawing lots.The patients in control group were given acupuncture therapy,while the patients in observation group were gi ven Jiegu Qili pills combined with acupuncture.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.The degree of shoulder pain,shoulder joint function,curative efect and quality of life were evaluated before treatment and one week after the last treatment.The incidence of treatment-related adverse events was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the pain scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of shoulder joint function and quality of life of both groups were higher than those before treatment,while those in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in the incidence of hematoma,diarrhea,infection and total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Jiegu Qili pills combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients with periarthritis of shoulder joint,improve the function of shoulder joint,improve the curative effect and better improve the quality of life of patients.
