中医循证护理在股骨头坏死患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Chinese Medicine Evidence-Based Nursing in Patients with Femoral Head Necrosis

目的探讨中医循证护理在股骨头坏死患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月于郑州中医骨伤病医院住院治疗的90例股骨头坏死患者作为研究对象。按随机数表法将患者分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受中医循证护理。护理前和护理后1个月,采取Harris评分量表评价髋关节功能,采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评价心理状况。出院前两组患者对护理满意度进行评价。结果护理后1个月,两组髋关节Harris评分升高,观察组髋关节Harris评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后1个月,两组SAS和SDS评分低于护理前,观察组SAS和SDS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医循证护理可有效提高股骨头坏死患者的髋关节功能并调节心理状况,具有较高的护理满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of Chinese medicine evidence-based nursing in patients with femoral head necrosis.Methods A total of 90 patients with femoral head necrosis who were treated in Zhengzhou Tradi tional Chinese Medicine Orthopedics Hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(45 cases)and observation group(45 cases)by random number table method.The patients in control group were adopt the conventional nursing model,and the patients in observation group were adopt the Chinese medicine evidence-based mursing model.Before nursing and 1 month after mursing,the Harris scale was used to evaluate hip joint function,and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to evaluate the psychological status.The two groups of pat ients were evaluated nursing satisfaction before discharge.Results One month after nursing,the Harris scores in the two groups were increased,and the Harris score in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).One month after nursing,the scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine evidence-based nursing could effectively improve the hip joint function of pat ients with femoral head necrosis,and adjust the psychological status,with high nursing satisfaction.
