摘要
核不均一性核糖核蛋白(hnRNP)是真核细胞mRNA调控过程中的关键因子,通过干预mRNA的功能从而调控细胞的多种生物过程。其中,hnRNP U为hnRNP家族的重要成员,在多种恶性肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥了重要作用。本文通过总结近年来hnRNP U的相关研究,对hnRNP U的功能及其在几种恶性肿瘤中的作用进行综述,并对hnRNP U在恶性肿瘤中潜在的诊断及治疗价值进行讨论。
Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein(hnRNP)is a key factor in the regulation of mRNA in eukaryotic cells,which interferes with the function of mRNA and thus effects vari ous biological processes in cells.Among them,hnRNP U is an important member of the hnRNP family and plays an important role in the development of various malignant tumors.In this paper,we reviewed the relevant studies on hnRNP U in recent years by summarizing the function of hnRNP U in several malignant tumors,and discuss the potential diagnostic and therapeutic value of hnRNP U in malignant tumors.
