内脂素在强直性脊柱炎新骨形成中的研究进展

摘要 内脂素是由内脏脂肪组织分泌的一种脂肪细胞因子,其结构蛋白与前B细胞克隆增强因子一致,并与烟酰胺磷酸核糖转移酶具有同样的作用。作为一种多功能蛋白质,内脂素不仅参与细胞增殖、分化和凋亡等过程,并且在糖脂代谢以及机体炎症和免疫应答方面起着重要作用。内脂素可通过对骨形成和骨吸收协调方面以及通过炎症和免疫方面的调节在强直性脊柱炎新骨形成中发挥重要作用,并得到了影像学方面的验证支持。 Visfatin is an adipocytokinesecreted by visceral adipose tissue.Its structural protein is consistent withpre-B cell clone enhancer and has the same effect asnicotinamide phosphoribosyl transferase.As a multifunctional protein,visfatin not only participates in cell proliferation,differentiation and apoptosis,but also plays an important role in glycolipid metabolism,inflammation and immune response.Visfatin plays an important role in the formation of new bone in ankylosing spondylitis through the coordination of bone formation and bone resorption,as well as through the regulation of inflammation and immunity,and has been verified by imaging support.
