基于“气海”理论探讨国医大师石学敏针刺人迎穴降压的临证特点

Blood Pressure-Lowering Effect of Needling ST9 by Professor SHI Xuemin Based on Qihai Theory

探讨国医大师石学敏“气海理论”的内涵、针刺人迎穴降压的机理及临证特点。“气海理论”对人体营卫气血脉等重要体系的相互关系进行了阐释,从中医角度解释了现代医学中血压的形成、调节及维持的机理,是针灸学的重要理论之一;石学敏教授指出“气海失司”是原发性高血压的根本病机,临证当以“司气海,调血压”为治疗原则,选取气海的“营运之输”人迎穴为主穴进行针刺治疗本病。该疗法针刺手法量化标准明确,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。

This study discussed the blood pressure-lowering mechanism of needling Renying(ST9)by Master SHI Xuemin based on the connotation of Qihai theory.Qihai theory explains the relationship between important systems of Yingwei and Qi and blood,and explains the formation,regulation and maintenance mechanism of blood pressure in modern medicine from the perspective of TCM,which is one of the important theories of acupuncture.Professor SHI Xuemin put forward that the disorder of Qihai is the fundamental pathogenesis of hypertension.The clinical treatment should be‘administing Qihai and regulating blood pressure’,therefore ST9,the Shu point of transportation of Ying,is selected for needling.The therapy of acupuncture technique of quantitative standard is clear,and the treatment effect is significant and the therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.
