对《针灸学》教材胸椎部背俞穴“斜刺”操作的商榷

Operation of Oblique Needling Back-Shu Points of Thoracic Vertebrae in National Textbook of Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

对《针灸学》教材胸椎部背俞穴“斜刺”操作提出商榷。通过对胸椎部背俞穴的起源、针刺深度、针刺角度与方向等溯源,说明《针灸学》教材胸椎部背俞穴为了避免伤及内部脏器的斜刺操作,有违于《黄帝内经》背俞穴的形态、经脉循行走向的本义,不符合足太阳膀胱经的经脉针刺深度以及针刺操作规范。通过对胸椎部背俞穴针刺深度的现代研究,指出背俞穴针刺操作必须要掌握内脏准确的解剖位置以及规范的针刺深度与方向,才能避免针刺伤及内部脏器。

This study discussed the operation of oblique needling back-Shu points around thoracic vertebrae in the national textbook of Science of Acupuncture and Moxibustion.By tracing the origin,depth,angle and direction of back-Shu points,it is shown that the oblique needling operation of back-Shu points in order to avoid damaging internal organs,it is inconsistent with meaning of the shape of back-Shu points and the direction of the Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian,and does not conform to the needling depth of the Foot Taiyang Bladder Meridian and the needling operation standard in Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon.With the modern medicine researching on the needling depth of back-Shu points in thoracic vertebrae,it is pointed out that the accurate anatomic position of viscera and the the operation standard of depth and direction of needling must be mastered in order to avoid the needling damaging internal organs.
