摘要
脑出血(ICH)是一种高死亡率的全球重大疾病,出血后的继发性脑损伤与氧化应激(OS)密切相关。ICH后的OS来源于脑实质炎性细胞活化、线粒体功能障碍和铁离子超载。针刺是治疗ICH氧化应激的有效方法,但其作用机制尚不明确。因此本研究从ICH后的OS来源、机制进行探究,追溯针刺改善ICH氧化应激的原理,并总结了针刺作为一种可以多靶点抗氧化疗法的优势和未来研究前景,以丰富针刺治疗ICH的研究思路与临床应用。
Intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH)is a major global disease with high mortality.The process of secondary brain injury after ICH is closely related to oxidative stress(OS).OS after ICH comes from inflammatory cell activation,mitochondrial dysfunction and iron overload in brain parenchyma.Acupuncture is an effective method for OS after ICH,but its mechanism is not clear.Therefore,this study explored the source and mechanism of OS after ICH,traced the principle of acupuncture inhibiting OS after ICH,and summarized the advantages and future prospects of acupuncture as a multi-target antioxidant therapy,in order to enrich the research ideas and clinical application of acupuncture in the treatment of ICH.
