摘要
新时代高校学生的成长规律和教育事业的发展规律催生了协同育人模式。当前,“三全育人”背景下辽宁省高校辅导员实行协同育人具备良好的政策、人员和环境基础,并且已经在新育人模式的创建中取得了一定成绩。但是,由于实行时间不长,在实践中还存在观念和现实以及可推广性方面的问题,今后辅导员可以从创新机制、构建平台、总结规律等方面全面推进新型育人模式的发展。
The growth law of college students and the development law of education in the new era give birth to the collaborative education mode.At present,under the background of“three whole education”,college counselors in Liaoning province have a good policy,personnel and environmental foundation for implementing collaborative education,and have made certain achievements in the establishment of the new education mode.However,due to the implementation time is not long;there are still problems of concept,reality and generalization in practice.In the future,counselors can comprehensively promote the development of the new education mode from the aspects of innovation mechanism,platform construction,summarizing rules and other aspects.
