摘要
为了阐明农民工工作价值观的代际影响情况,采用混合方法研究了四种亲子两代工作价值观代际影响类型:传授式、支持式、迎合式和受挫式。分析其背后的文化因素:文化传承导致传授式和受挫式产生;文化反哺导致支持式和迎合式的产生。探讨传授式和支持式两种类型的发展对策:企业应给予农民工工作培训,强调工作技能和工作发展,并在企业文化中融入城市文化;政府部门应弘扬传统文化,营造良好乡土文化,促进亲子两代沟通,实现代际间良性工作价值观相互影响。
To clarify the inter-generational influence of migrant workers′work values,the mixed research method is adopted to analyze four types of inter-generational influence of the work values in two generations of parents and children:teaching,supporting,catering and frustration.Cultural factors are analyzed.Cultural inheritance leads to the types of teaching and frustration;Cultural feedback leads to the emergence of supporting and catering.The deve-lopment countermeasures of teaching type and supporting type are discussed.Enterprises should give job training to migrant workers,emphasizing job skills and job development and integrating urban culture into corporate culture.Government departments should promote traditional culture,create good local culture,promote parent-child communication between the two generations so as to realize the inter-generational influence of positive work values.
