某院互联网医院系统建设及使用分析

Analysis on the Construction and Use of Internet Hospital in our Hospital

随着我国医疗卫生服务需求的不断增加,互联网相关产业的不断发展,二者相结合的互联网医院应运而生。我院作为四川省首批授牌互联网医院资格的医院,充分利用云优势,将核心部署于云端,通过专线网络控制、云端安全隔离、安全防护云盾、智能监控等手段,充分保障系统安全积极建设互联网医院。其主要功能包括在线复诊、健康咨询、电子处方、药品寄送、检验检查预约等功能,在数据互通的情况下,保障数据安全,实现了线下诊疗与线上诊疗相结合的一体化服务,为患者连续诊疗提供了极大的便利。目前使用情况而言,2020年度我院互联网医院复诊13287人次,电子处方6949人次,其中复诊人次与处方人次基本持平,2月份订单人次及处方人次最高,但是由于部分患者路途遥远,几乎无法来院就诊,大量复诊患者寻求线上互联网医院进行线上复诊;随时间增长,使用人次处于稳中有升的状态,但增长幅度较小。因此,就整体使用量而言仍有很大上升空间,医院在应用推广、流程优化等方面还需积极探索,引导更多患者接受并使用互联网医院。

With the increasing demand for medical and health services in China and the continuous development of Internet related industries,the Internet hospital which combines the two came into being.As one of the first batch of hospitals in Sichuan province to be awarded the qualification of Internet hospital,our hospital makes full use of the advantages of cloud,deploys the core in the cloud,and fully guarantees the system security through special line network control,cloud security isolation,security protection cloud shield,intelligent monitoring and other means,and actively constructs the Internet hospital.Its main functions include online follow-up,health consultation,electronic prescription,drug delivery,inspection appointment and other functions.In the case of data exchange,it ensures data security,realizes the integration service of offline diagnosis and online diagnosis and treatment,and provides great convenience for continuous diagnosis and treatment of patients.Currently,in 2020,13287 visits and 6949 electronic prescriptions were re diagnosed in Internet hospital of our hospital,of which the number of re visits was basically the same as that of the prescription.In February,the highest number of orders and prescriptions were made.However,due to some patients have a long way to go,it was almost impossible to visit the hospital.A large number of patients sought online Internet hospitals for online re-examination.Meanwhile,with the increase of time,the number of users is in a steady state,but the increase rate is small.Therefore,there is still a great room for the overall use of the hospital.The hospital should actively explore the application promotion and process optimization,and guide more patients to accept and use the Internet hospital.
