摘要
目的观察电刺激联合偏瘫训练治疗脑梗死偏瘫的效果。方法从2018年1月—2020年1月前来本院就诊的脑梗死偏瘫患者中筛选出90例患者作为本次研究的对象,根据患者住院号奇偶性进行分组,各45例。对照组患者接受低频电刺激治疗,研究组患者则同时进行早期偏瘫康复训练。比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度、运动功能、日常生活活动能力以及治疗总有效率。结果治疗前,两组患者美国国立卫生院神经功能缺损评分(NIH stroke scale,NIHSS)、Fugl-Meyer评分(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)与日常生活活动能力评分(activities of daily living,ADL)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组NIHSS评分出现了较大幅度的降低,FMA、ADL评分则出现了较大幅度的提高,相关数据均优于对照组(P<0.05)。经过1个月的治疗,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者自我效能感评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组自我效能感评分出现了较大幅度的提高,相关数据优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电刺激联合偏瘫训练治疗脑梗死偏瘫的能够达成比较理想的治疗效果,能使患者神经功能肢体运动功能得到较大的改善,其自身的日常生活活动能力也可以获得明显的提高,还可以提高患者的自我效能感,值得应用。
Objective To observe the effect of electric stimulation combined with hemiplegia training on cerebral infarction hemiplegia.Methods From January 2018 to January 2020,90 patients with hemiplegic cerebral infarction who came to our hospital for treatment were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into groups according to whether the patient’s hospitalization number was even or odd,with 45 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received low-frequency electrical stimulation therapy,while the patients in the research group received early hemiplegia rehabilitation training at the same time.The degree of neurological deficit,motor function,activities of daily living and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,the NIH stroke scale(NIHSS),Fugl-Meyer(FMA)and activity of daily living(ADL)scores in the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);after treatment,the NIHSS score in the study group was significantly reduced,while the FMA and ADL scores were significantly improved,and the relevant data were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After one month of treatment,the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference in self-efficacy scores between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05);after treatment,the self-efficacy scores of the study group were significantly improved,and the relevant data were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Electric stimulation combined with hemiplegia training can achieve ideal therapeutic effect in the treatment of cerebral infarction hemiplegia,which can greatly improve the neurological function and limb motor function of patients,and their own activities of daily living can also be significantly improved.The patient’s self-efficacy improved.It is worth applying.
