探讨半月板损伤关节镜术后注射玻璃酸钠的价值

To Investigate the Value of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection After Arthroscopy for Meniscus Injury

目的讨论半月板损伤关节镜术后注射玻璃酸钠对患者疼痛程度、膝关节功能的影响。方法将本院2018年8月—2019年8月收治的62例关节镜下半月板损伤成形缝合术患者随机分为对照组(关节镜下半月板损伤成形缝合术)与研究组(对照组基础上术后注射玻璃酸钠),各31例。观察两组疗效、膝关节疼痛度、膝关节活动度、膝关节功能、并发症发生率。结果研究组疗效有效率的96.77%,明显高于对照组的70.97%(P<0.05)。术前组间膝关节疼痛度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后3个月、术后半年及术后1年时的膝关节疼痛度评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。术前组间膝关节活动度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后3个月、术后半年及术后1年时的膝关节活动度指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。术前组间膝关节功能差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组术后3个月、术后半年及术后1年时的膝关节功能指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率的6.45%,明显低于对照组的32.26%(P<0.05)。结论:半月板损伤关节镜术后注射玻璃酸钠利于增强疗效,减轻疼痛度,提高膝关节活动度及功能,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To discuss the effect of sodium hyaluronate injection after arthroscopic meniscus injury on pain degree and knee function of patients.Methods A total of 62 patients admitted to our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,control group(arthroscopic meniscus injury plasty and suture)and study group(sodium hyaluronic postoperative injection on the basis of control group)with 31 cases of each.Curative effect,knee pain,knee motion,knee function,incidence of complications were compared.Results The effective rate of 96.77%in the study group was significantly higher than that of 70.97%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the degree of knee pain between the groups before surgery(P>0.05).The knee pain scores of the study group at 3,6 months and 1 year after surgery were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the range of motion of knee joint between the groups before surgery(P>0.05).The range of motion of knee joint in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 3,6 months and 1 year postoperatively(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in knee function between groups before surgery(P>0.05).The knee function indexes in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 3,6 months and 1 year postoperatively(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 6.45%,which was significantly lower than 32.26%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Injecting sodium hyaluronate after arthroscopy for meniscus injury is beneficial to enhance the curative effect,relieve the pain,improve the range of motion and function of knee joint,and reduce the incidence of complications.
