差错管理对血站管理水平及血液质量的影响评价研究

Study on the Influence of Error Management on Blood Station Management Level and Blood Quality

目的评价在血站中应用差错管理对血液质量和管理质量的影响。方法选取2020年1月—2021年2月血站采供血人员35名,根据管理模式分组,A组(差错管理)17名,B组(常规管理)18名,比较管理质量、血液报废、差错事件情况。结果管理质量比较,A组总评分为(98.13±0.52)分,高于B组的(82.39±0.81)分(P<0.05);血液报废情况比较,A组总报废率为6.19%,低于B组的8.74%,且A组异常报废率为0.87%,低于B组的2.51%(P<0.05);差错事件情况比较,A组差错事件总发生率为0.61%,少于B组的1.64%(P<0.05)。结论应用差错管理模式进行血站管理,可提高血液质量,改善管理质量,减少差错事件。

Objective To evaluate the application effect of error management in blood station on blood quality and management quality.Methods From January 2020 to February 2021,a total of 35cases of blood collection and supply personnel in blood station were selected and divided into two groups,group A(error management)17 cases and group B(routine management)18 cases.Results In the comparison of management quality,the total score of group A was(98.13±0.52)points,which was higher than that of group B(82.39±0.81)points(P<0.05);compared with the blood scrapping situation,the total scrapping rate of group A was 6.19%,which was lower than 8.74%of group B,and the abnormal scrap rate of group A was 0.87%,which was lower than 2.51%of group B(P<0.05);compared with the error events,the total error event rate in group A was 0.61%,which was lower than 1.64%in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of error management mode in blood station management can improve blood quality,improve management quality and reduce work errors.
