细节管理在静配中心护理管理中的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Detail Management in Nursing Management of Intravenous Admixture Service Center

目的分析细节管理优势,评价其用于静配中心护理管理中的效果。方法选择本院静脉药物配置中心实施细节管理前后的两个时间段,即采取常规管理的2019年1—6月(对照组)、采取细节管理的2019年7—12月(观察组),研究上报医院伦理委员会审核批准。比较经不同管理方法干预后,静脉药物配置中心工作执行情况,包括患者对工作质量的满意度、工作人员差错发生情况以及工作人员业务能力考核结果。结果观察组患者对工作质量的总满意度98.00%,明显高于对照组的85.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组包装皮损、剂量不符合、签名不规范、溶酶和药物不符出错率2.00%,明显低于对照组的9.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组工作人员的总达标率96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节管理在静配中心护理管理中的运用效果显著,成功提高了护理人员的工作能力、效率,有助于科室工作的有效、有序开展,提升管理工作质量的基础上保障了患者的安全性,促进患者预后。

Objective To analyze the advantages of detail management and evaluate the effect of nursing management in intravenous admixture services.Methods Two time periods before and after the implementation of detail management in Pharmacy intravenous admixture services of our hospital were selected,from January to June 2019 when routine management was adopted(control group)and from July to December 2019 when detail management was adopted(observation group),and reported to the hospital ethics committee for approval.After intervention with different management methods,the work performance of intravenous drug dispensing center was compared,including patients’satisfaction with work quality,the occurrence of staff errors and the results of staff’s professional ability assessment.Results The total satisfaction of 98.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 85.00%in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).In terms of packaging skin damage,dose nonconformity,nonstandard signature,lysozyme and drug nonconformity,the incidence of 2.00%in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(9.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of 96.67%of staff in the observation group was significantly higher than 76.67%of staff in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of detail management in the nursing management of intravenous admixture service center is remarkable,which successfully improves the working ability and efficiency of nursing staff,contributes to the effective and orderly development of department work,improves the quality of management work and guarantees the safety of patients,and promotes the prognosis of patients.
