摘要
目的探究微信智能平台用于医院妇产科门诊护理管理中的价值。方法选取2018年3月—2020年4月本院门诊护理人员10名为研究对象,依据管理时间前后,2018年3月—2019年3月为对照组,进行基础性门诊管理;2019年4月—2020年4月为观察组,接受微信智能平台基础上门诊管理,对比两种管理方式下护理纠纷以及护理人员技能状况。结果干预前两组患者信息接收时间以及问题解决时间等指标差异无统计学意义(t=1.887、0.995、0.052,P>0.05);干预后观察组护理人员信息反馈时间、问题解决时间等均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.863、4.470、8.729,P<0.05);干预前两组患者对护理质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.257,P<0.05);观察组患者护理满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.549,P<0.05)。结论妇产科门诊管理时采用微信智能平台基础上的管理时可有效降低护理纠纷,提升护理人员自身技能以及护理满意度。
Objective To explore the value of wechat intelligent platform in nursing management of outpatient department of gynecology and obstetrics.Methods A total of 10 nurses from March 2018 to April 2020 in our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the management time before and after,March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the control group for basic outpatient management,April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the observation group for outpatient management based on wechat intelligent platform.The nursing disputes and nursing staff skills under the two management methods were compared.Results Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the information receiving time and problem solving time between the two groups(t=1.887,0.995,0.052,P>0.05);after intervention,the information feedback time and problem solving time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(t=4.863,4.470,8.729,P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the nursing quality score between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05);after intervention,the nursing quality score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse events under management in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=24.257,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ^(2)=7.549,P<0.05).Conclusion The management based on WeChat intelligent platform can effectively reduce nursing disputes and improve nurses’own skills and nursing satisfaction.
