失效模式与效应分析预防PICC置管后深静脉血栓价值评价

Evaluation of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis to Prevent Deep Vein Thrombosis After PICC Catheterization

目的探究失效模式与效应分析预防PICC置管后深静脉血栓价值。方法选取2017年1月—2018年8月在本院进行PICC置管治疗的106例患者,将患者随机分为常规组及研究组,对常规组患者置管后行常规护理措施,对研究组患者实施以失效模式与效应分析为基础的护理干预模式,比较两组患者深静脉血栓发生几率及并发症发生总几率、RPN评分及血管损伤情况。结果研究组患者治疗期间深静脉血栓发生率及并发症总发生率分别为3.77%及7.55%,均显著低于常规组(P<0.05),且研究组患者失效模式RPN评分均显著低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对PICC置管患者实施以失效模式与效应分析为基础的护理干预模式,能够有效预防深静脉血栓等并发症的发生,同时有助于保护患者血管,值得推广。

Objective To explore the failure mode and effect analysis to prevent deep vein thrombosis after PICC catheterization.Methods A total of 106 patients who underwent PICC catheterization in our hospital from January 2017 to Auguest 2018 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into a routine group and a study group.Patients in the routine group received routine nursing measures after the catheterization,and the study group patients were implementing a nursing intervention model based on failure mode and effect analysis,to compare the incidence of deep vein thrombosis and the total incidence of complications,RPN score and vascular injury between the two groups.Results The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and the total incidence of complications during treatment in the study group were 3.77%and 7.55%,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);and the failure mode RPN scores of the patients in the study group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group.Group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a nursing intervention model based on failure mode and effect analysis for PICC catheterization patients can effectively prevent the occurrence of complications such as deep vein thrombosis,and at the same time help protect patients’blood vessels.
