“互联网+健康教练技术”在学龄期癌症患儿PICC延续护理中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨“互联网+健康教练技术”对学龄期癌症患儿PICC自我管理能力及并发症的影响。方法将64例PICC置管的学龄期患儿按出院时间分为对照组33例,观察组31例。对照组采用常规延续护理,观察组采用“互联网+健康教练技术”进行干预。比较干预前及干预4个月两组自我管理能力及并发症发生率。结果观察组自我管理能力评分显著高于对照组,导管阻塞发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论基于互联网的健康教练技术的应用可提高患儿家长的自我管理能力,降低癌症患儿PICC并发症的发生。 Objective To evaluate the effect of Internet based health coaching on self-care ability and PICC-related complications in school age children with cancer.Methods Sixty-four school age children with PICC were assigned to a control group of 33 and an observation group of 31 according to their discharge time,receiving either routine continuous care or Internet-based health coaching.Before and at 4 months of intervention,self-management ability and PICC-related complications were measured and compared between the two groups.Results The observation group showed significantly higher self-management ability and lower incidence of catheter blockage compared with the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Internet based health coaching can improve self-management ability of the family and reduce PICC-related complications in children with cancer.
