摘要
OBE是成果导向性的反向设计理念,以国家、社会、企业需求为起点设计人才培养的目标、模式和课程体系,是应用型本科高校在产教融合背景下人才培养模式的一种探索和尝试。当前跨境电商行业人才需求量越来越大,对人才的职业能力要求越来越高,但跨境电商人才培养过程存在实践能力不足、课程设置不全的问题。本校跨境电商产业学院经过六年的探索实践,在人才培养方案中开设跨境电商方向,校企合作共同开发“四层三融”的课程体系,以培养满足企业需求的跨境电商人才,提升人才培养质量。
OBE is a result-oriented reverse design concept.The goal model and curriculum system of talent training are designed with the needs of national social enterprises as the starting point.The demand for talents in the business industry is increasing,and the requirements for the professional ability of talents are getting higher and higher,but there is a problem of insufficient practical ability improvement in the training process of cross-border e-commerce talents.After six years of exploration and practice,the cross-border e-commerce industry college of our school has set up a cross-border e-commerce direction in the talent training program.The school-enterprise cooperation has jointly developed a four-layer and three-integrated curriculum system to cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents that meet the needs of enterprises.improve the quality of talent training.
