基于禀赋数字化的浙江省产业数字化发展研究

A Study of the Development of Industrial Digitalization in Zhejiang Province from the Perspective of Endowment Digitalization

产业数字化是浙江省提升传统产业效率、优化产业结构、拓宽增值空间、打造数字强省、云上浙江,实现高质量发展的必然选择.新结构经济学强调产业结构内生于要素禀赋结构,禀赋结构驱动产业转型升级.伴随数字新基建的超前布局、数字消费的快速扩张以及数字产业政策的不断完善,浙江省禀赋数字化趋势日益显现.基于新结构经济学禀赋结构理论,剖析浙江省产业数字化发展现状、面临的约束及挑战,探索以提升禀赋数字化为目标的浙江省产业数字化的发展路径,以期为浙江省数字经济系统建设、产业结构优化提升和高质量发展提供有益探索.

Industrial digitalization is the inevitable choice for Zhejiang province to improve the efficiency of traditional industries,optimize the industrial structure,broaden the value-added space,build a strong digital province,and realize high-quality development.New structural economics emphasizes that the industrial structure is endogenous to factor endowment,which gives impetus to the industrial transformation and upgrading.With the advanced layout of digital new infrastructure,the rapid expansion of digital consumption and the continuous improvement of digital industry policy,the endowment structure of Zhejiang province is becoming increasingly digitalized.Based on the endowment structural theory of new structural economics,the paper analyzes the development conditions,constraints and challenges faced by industrial digitalization and explores the path of industrial digitalization in Zhejiang province aiming at promoting the digitalization of endowment,in hope of providing beneficial exploration for the construction of digital economic system,optimization and upgrading of industrial structure and high-quality development in Zhejiang province.
