数字经济视域下传统中小企业数字化转型与组织绩效研究

On Digital Transformation and Organizational Performance of Traditional Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises from Perspective of Digital Economy

近年来,数字经济在我国蓬勃发展,新技术、新业态、新模式加速渗透到经济社会各领域.但在此背景下传统中小企业的发展举步维艰,亟待将数字化转型作为企业发展新动能和新引擎.以组织行为学和社会网络为理论基础,通过分析组织内部能力和外部合作两方面来探究传统中小企业数字化转型对组织绩效影响的内在机理.以绍兴地区341家传统中小企业为研究对象,研究发现传统中小企业数字化转型对组织绩效具有显著正相关关系,同时组织内团队—行为能力和组织外网络关系嵌入均能对其产生显著的正向调节作用.强化企业内部团队—行动能力和外部网络合作有助于传统中小企业实现数字化转型.

In recent years,there has been a vigorous development of digital economy in China.Consequently,new technologies,new business formats,and new models have accelerated their penetration into diversified economic and social fields.However,under this background,the development of traditional small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)is still plodding along in desperate need to use the digital transformation as a new kinetic energy and new engine for enterprise development.Based on the theory of organizational behavior and social networks,this paper explores the internal mechanism of the impact of traditional SMEs’digital transformation on organizational performance by analyzing the internal capabilities and external cooperation of the organization.Taking 341 traditional SMEs in Shaoxing as the research object,the research finds that the digital transformation of traditional small and medium-sized enterprises has a significant positive correlation with organizational performance.At the same time,the team-behavior and network relationship embedded outside the organization can produce significant positive regulation effects on the organization performance.Strengthening internal team-action capabilities and external network cooperation help traditional SMEs to achieve digital transformation.
