基于ArcGIS的不动产数据整合技术的应用

Application of Real Estate Data Integration Technology Based on ArcGIS

按照《不动产登记整合数据库标准》对各类不动产权籍数据进行整合入库,旨在将格式不一、坐标不同的产权数据规范整合,为不动产登记信息平台运行提供数据支撑。文章以基于ArcGIS的土地所有权登记成果整合入库为例,在数据清理分析的基础上,确定数据格式统一为GDB格式,坐标系统一为2000国家大地坐标系,充分利用ArcGIS地类配准、坐标转换功能完成数据坐标转换以及矢量数据入库,并利用图属关联分析功能实现逻辑重构。

According to the rules of Real Estate Registration Integration Database Standard,all kinds of real estate registration data are integrated into the database,which aims to integrate the property rights data with different formats and different coordinates to provide data support for the operation of real estate registration information platform.By taking the integration and data importing of land ownership registration results based on ArcGIS as an example,on the basis of data cleaning and analysis,this paper determines that the data format is unified as GDB,and the coordinate system is unified as China Geodetic Coordinate System 2000.It makes full use of the functions of ArcGIS to complete the data coordinate conversion and import vector data into database,and uses the function of association analysis between graphical data and attribute data to realize logical reconstruction.
