四川省峨边彝族自治县人民医院五官科门诊眼病构成比情况调查分析

Investigation and analysis of the proportion of ophthalmopathy in the eye outpatient department of the people’s hospital of ebian Yi autonomous county,sichuan province

目的了解峨边彝族自治县人民医院五官科门诊病人的眼病构成情况。方法对峨边彝族自治县人民医院五官科门诊2020年1月1日至2020年12月31日期间就诊的眼科病人按照疾病分类进行统计分析。结果一年内就诊的眼科病人总共1970例。眼病构成显示:结膜疾病818(41.52%),眼外伤(包括角膜异物)共225例(11.42%),角膜炎213例(10.81%),眼睑疾病160例(8.12%),白内障121例(6.14%),泪器疾病70例(3.55%),屈光不正48例(2.44%),健康查体81例(4.11%),玻璃体疾患29例(1.47%),视网膜疾病10例(0.51%),葡萄膜、眼眶疾病、眼肌疾病等少见病共68例(3.46%)。结论本研究显示结膜疾病、眼外伤、角膜炎是当地眼科门诊最常见的疾病。

Objective To investigate the composition of eye diseases of outpatients in Ebian Yi Autonomous County People’s Hospital.Methods The patients who visited the Ophthalmology Department of Ebian Yi Autonomous County People’s Hospital from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 were statistically analyzed according to disease classification.Results A total of 1970 ophthalmological patients were treated in one year.818 cases had conjuntival disease(41.52%),225 cases had traumas(11.42%),213 cases had keratitis(10.81%).160 cases had eyelid disease(8.12%).121 cases had cataract(6.14%),70 cases had Lacrimal apparatus disease(3.55%),48 cases had error of refraction(2.44%).81 cases took heal inspection(4.11%).29 cases(1.47%)had vitreous diseases,10 cases(0.51%)had retinal diseases 68 cases.Conclusion This study showed that conjunctival disease,ocular trauma and keratitis were the most common diseases in local ophthalmic clinics.
