抗β_(2)GPI抗体和PC及PS联合B超诊断HRT并发血栓的效果

Effect of anti-β_(2)GPI antibody,PC and PS combined with B-ultrasound in diagnosis of HRT complicated with thrombosis

目的探究抗β_(2)糖蛋白I抗体(抗β_(2)GPI)、血浆蛋白C及S(PC、PS)联合B超诊断激素替代治疗(HRT)并发血栓的效果。方法选取60例激素替代治疗的围绝经期妇女,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用B超检查,研究组在对照组基础上联合抗β_(2)GPI、PC及PS检查,比较两组检查结果。结果治疗后1年对照组妇女内侧腓肠静脉(MGV)、胫周围静脉近端(PTV)、股浅静脉(SFV)下肢深静脉血管内径均明显高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1年研究组妇女抗β_(2)GPI水平明显高于治疗前,PC、PS水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组确诊阳性率为83.33%,高于对照组的57.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论HRT并发血栓围绝经期妇女采取B超联合抗β_(2)GPI、PC及PS检查,可提高疾病诊断率,对调整用药方案起着重要作用。

Objective To explore the anti-inflammatory mechanism β_(2) glycoprotein I antibody(anti-β_(2)GPI),plasma protein C and S(PC,PS)combined with B-ultrasound to diagnose the effect of hormone replacement therapy(HRT)complicated with thrombosis.Methods 60 perimenopausal women receiving hormone replacement therapy were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was examined by B-ultrasound,and the study group was combined with anti-β_(2)GPI,PC and PS on the basis of the control group.The results of the two groups were compared.Results One year after treatment,the inner diameter of medial sural vein(MGV),proximal tibial vein(PTV)and superficial femoral vein(SFV)of lower limb deep vein in the control group was significantly higher than that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).One year after treatment,the anti-β_(2)GPI of women in the study group was significantly higher than before treatment,and the levels of PC and PS were lower than before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive rate of diagnosis in study group was 83.33%,higher than 57.14%in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perimenopausal women with HRT complicated with thrombosis should take B-ultrasoxmd combined with anti thrombosisβ_(2)GPI,PC and PS examination can improve the disease diagnosis rate and play an important role in adjusting the medication plan.
