摘要
目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力(5-ALA-PDT)治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣的近期疗效及对患者血清炎性因子水平的影响。方法选取86例宫颈尖锐湿疣患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组43例。对照组采用二氧化碳激光治疗,研究组采用5-ALA-PDT治疗。比较两组治愈率、近期复发率及治疗前后血清炎性因子水平变化情况。结果研究组治愈率95.35%显著高于对照组的76.74%,复发率2.44%显著低于对照组的21.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)及干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗3个月,研究组血清IL-2、IL-17A及IFN-γ水平均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(F<0.05)。结论5-ALA-PDT治疗宫颈尖锐湿疣能够参与机体特异性免疫应答,调节外周血和皮损细胞中的生长因子,提升治疗妳。
Objective To investigate the short-term efficacy of 5-aminopentulic acid photodynamic(5-ALA-PDT)in the treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum and its effect on serum inflammatory factors.Methods 86 patients with cervical condyloma acuminatum were selected and divided into control group and research group according to random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser,and the study group was treated with 5-ALAPDT.The cure rate,near-tenn recurrence rate and changes of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the study group was 95.35%significantly higher than 76.74%of the control group,and the recurrence rate of the study group was 2.44%significantly lower than 21.21%of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-17A(IL-17A)and interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels between 2 groups(P>0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of serum IL-2,IL-17A and IFN-γ in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion 5-ALA-PDT treatment of cervical condyloma acuminatum can participate in the body specific immune response,regulate the growth factors in peripheral blood and skin cells,improve the therapeutic effect.
