二甲双胍联合优思悦治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of metformin combined with yousiyue in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome

目的探究二甲双胍联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片(Ⅱ)(优思悦)治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法选取100例明确诊断为肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征患者,采用双盲法将其分为试验组与对照组,各50例。对照组采用优思悦治疗,试验组采用优思悦联合二甲双胍治疗。对比两组治疗前后脂代谢水平、激素水平、妊娠率、排卵率及临床疗效。结果治疗前,两组空腹血糖(FBG)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、体质量指数(BMI)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组FBG、TG、TC、BMI水平均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))水平对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,试验组LH、E_(2)、T、FSH水平均显著低于对照组,AMH高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组排卵率、妊娠率分别为66.00%、40.00%,均显著高于对照组的38.00%、16.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总有效率为92.00%,显著高于对照组的74.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二甲双胍联合优思悦治疗肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征可有效改善激素水平、糖脂代谢,提高排卵率及妊娠率,临床效果显著,值得临床推广与应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of metformin combined with drospiroacetylene estryl tablets(Ⅱ)in the treatment of obesity polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 100 patients with obesity polycystic ovary syndrome were selected and divided into experimental group and control group by double-blind method,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Ursyl,and the experimental group was treated with Ursyl combined with metformin.Lipid metabolism level,sex honnone level,pregnancy rate,ovulation rate and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in fasting blood glucose(FBG),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC)and body mass index(BMI)between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FBG,TG,TC and BMI in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of antimullerian hormone(AMH),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T)and estradiol(E_(2))between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH,E_(2),T and FSH in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group,and AMH was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Ovulation rate and pregnancy rate in experimental group were 66.00%and 40.00%,respectively,which were significantly higher than 38.00%and 16.00%in control group,with statistical significance(PV0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of control group(74.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with Uesyatt in the treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively reduce hormone levels,improve glucose and lipid metabolism,improve ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,and has significant clinical effects,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
