摘要
本文从地铁施工风险入手展开研究,结合实际案例将地铁施工风险分为自然环境风险、人员风险、机械设备风险、施工材料风险四大类,共10个二级风险指标。以南昌地铁一号线为例,通过专家调查打分,利用9标度层次分析法对各指标因素进行分析并做一致性检验,得到四类风险指标的权重值,以期为地铁施工风险的管理提供一点参考。
This paper starts from the subway construction risk research,combined with the actual case of subway construction risk is divided into natural environment risk,personnel risk,mechanical equipment risk,construction material risk four categories,a total of 10 secondary risk indicators.Taking Nanchang Metro Line 1 as an example,through the expert survey and scoring,the 9-scale analytic hierarchy process is used to analyze each index factor and make consistency test,and the weight values of the four risk indexes are obtained,in order to provide some reference for subway construction risk management.
