高层住宅楼给水系统改造方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合既有高层住宅楼内消防和生活给水系统需要改造的实际情况,在改造消防给水主管时,采用在地下室顶板底下300mm敷设消防给水主管形成水平闭合环路;在改造生活给水系统时,根据实际使用情况确定无负压供水设备的选型和供水水压设定值,使生活给水系统最不利配水点处的水压在改造前后基本保持不变。实践证明,采用上述改造方法能够满足用户的使用功能需要,消除了原有生活给水存在的卫生隐患和原有消防给水渗漏隐患,节水节能效果明显。 Combined with the actual situation of the fire protection and domestic water supply system in the existing high-rise residential building,when the main fire water supply pipe is transformed,the fire water supply main pipe is laid 300 mm below the basement roof to form a horizontal closed loop;In the reconstruction of domestic water supply system,the selection of non negative pressure water supply equipment and the set value of water supply pressure are determined according to the actual use,so that the water pressure at the most unfavorable water distribution point of the domestic water supply system remains basically unchanged before and after the transformation.Practice has proved that the above-mentioned transformation method can meet the user's functional needs and eliminate the hidden dangers of sanitary and fire-fighting water supply,water saving and energy saving effect is obvious.
