摘要 以龙州县下冻镇金塘枢纽互通处高边坡开挖工程为研究背景。为减少高边坡开挖过程中对周边环境的影响,对临近运营高速路处高边坡控制爆破措施及施工工艺进行研究。边坡最大开挖高度98.3m,共有9级边坡,每级平台宽2m,台阶高度8 m,坡比为1:0.75和1:1。通过分析施工难点,选取合适的爆破方法。为减少对高速路运营的影响,保证施工安全,采用深孔控制爆破与预裂爆破开挖。对爆破参数、装药结构进行设计,采用从内到外的爆破顺序,选用孔间17ms、排间42ms的延时设置,安全、高效的完成了爆破任务。确保紧邻运营高速高陡边坡安全施工,并节约了工期、提高了经济效益。为类似工程提供参考。 Taking the high slope excavation project of Jintang junction interchange in Xialang Town,Longzhou County as the research background.In order to reduce the influence on the surrounding environment during the excavation of the high slope,the controlled blasting measures and construction technology of the high slope near the operating expressway were studied.The maximum excavation height of the slope is 98.3m,and there are 9 slopes,the platform width of each stage is 2m,the step height is 8m,and the slope ratio is 1:0.75 and 1:1.Through the analysis of construction difficulties,the appropriate blasting method is selected.In order to reduce the influence on the operation of the expressway and ensure the construction safety,the deep hole controlled blasting and pre-splitting blasting are used for excavation.The blasting parameters and charging structure were designed.The blasting sequence from the inside to the outside was adopted,and the delay Settings of 17ms between holes and 42ms between rows were selected.The blasting task was completed safely and efficiently.Ensure the safe construction of the high and steep slope adjacent to the operation,and save the construction period and improve the economic benefits.To provide reference for similar projects.
